The Joie i-Harbour E is a 360° rotating i-Size car seat designed for children from approximately 6 months to 4 years. Used with the Joie i-Base Encore, sold separately, it forms part of Joie's Encore Spinning System and rotates through 360° to make getting your child in and out of the car much easier.

Rearward-facing use is suitable from 61-105cm, while children can travel forward-facing from 76-105cm and a minimum of 15 months. With a 6-position Grow Together™ headrest and harness, 5 recline positions and enhanced side-impact protection, the i-Harbour E combines everyday convenience with comfort as your child grows.

Please note: The Joie i-Base Encore is required for installation and is sold separately. This seat does not include an infant insert and cannot be used from birth.

The Joie i-Harbour E is designed to make everyday car journeys with a growing toddler easier, particularly when it comes to getting them safely in and out of their seat.

When paired with the Joie i-Base Encore, its 360° rotation allows you to swivel the seat towards the vehicle door using the conveniently positioned Simple Swivel™ activator. Once your child is securely harnessed, the seat can rotate smoothly into the required travelling position.

Children can travel rearward-facing from 61-105cm and under 18kg, approximately 6 months to 4 years. Forward-facing travel is permitted from 76-105cm and a minimum of 15 months, up to a maximum weight of 18kg.

The i-Harbour E has been tested to the ECE R129/03 standard, including side-impact testing, and carries i-Size certification. Its Tri-Protect™ headrest combines three layers of protection, including Intelli-Fit™ memory foam, while the removable Guard Surround Safety™ pod provides additional side-impact protection.

As your child grows, Joie's Grow Together™ system allows the 6-position headrest and harness to adjust simultaneously using one hand. There's no need to re-thread the harness, and its one-pull tightening system helps you achieve a snug fit.

Comfort is taken care of with padded harness covers and five recline positions available in both rearward and forward-facing modes.

The i-Harbour E also comes with both standard fabric covers and an additional set of mesh seat covers.

The Joie i-Harbour E requires the Joie i-Base Encore for installation. The base is sold separately.

DELIVERY

We offer free delivery for orders over €50.00 within the Republic of Ireland. Orders under €50.00 are subject to a handling and shipping fee of €6.00. 

Furniture deliveries Larger and heavier pieces (like cots, cotbeds, dressers Wardrobes and furniture sets) often incur higher shipping charges due to the extra handling and transportation costs and will be displayed at checkout.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery is expected within 1-2 working days within Ireland.

Deliveries are made on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and are fulfilled via DPD.

DPD delivery process – the DPD driver will take an image of every successful delivery which will be sent to you automatically via email with the relevant GPS location.

Pre-order products will have varying delivery timelines, these will be highlighted on the website and included in the order confirmation.

For deliveries outside of Ireland the price quoted in the cart is per box and not per order. Our customer service team will contact you via email or phone, alternatively, you can contact our store via phone, email or online chat.

PRE-ORDER INFORMATION:

Our pre-order service enables you to order an item in advance and receive it upon its availability in stock. The delivery timeframe for pre-order products is displayed on our website.

HOW PRE-ORDER WORKS:

Upon ordering a pre-order product, you will receive a confirmation email specifying its status as a pre-order product and the expected timeframe for delivery. Once the item is in stock, we will promptly ship it to you and you will receive a dispatch email with the relevant tracking information.

We are pleased to provide our customers with a Collect In-store service. With our free click and collect option, you can choose to have your items delivered to the store nearest to you within a delivery timeframe of 1-2 working days.

You will receive 2 SMS:

2. Your item is now available for collection SMS.

HOW IT WORKS:

Yes, you can cancel by contacting our customer service team and quoting your order number.

RETURNS POLICY :

If you change your mind or are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 60 days for a full refund of exchange.  Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging with your receipt. Goods must be in a re-saleable condition and both the item and its packaging must be unused.

If a discount is provided for a package deal a corresponding discount will be deducted from any item returned.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was utilized during the initial purchase.

RETURNS POLICY EXCLUSIONS:

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for the following goods if they have been opened or removed from their packaging. This is due to hygiene concerns: mattresses, pillows, bed linen, breast pumps and items with a tamper-proof seal. However, all our products are covered for faults under your warranty.

We offer a free return for items purchased online.
